Enjoy a specially created 6-course menu, featuring Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s delectable signature creations, amid the timeless elegance of La Dame de Pic’s charming dining space exclusively on 9 May.
The Mother’s Day special menu features the iconic Berlingots, delectable pasta parcels with a molten cheese centre, Seabream from Hokkaido marinated with sake, rose petal and Tasmanian peppercorn, and a choice between tender O’Connor Beef cooked over coals with watercress pesto infused with bergamot and ginger flower, or John Dory from Australia in a creamy meunière sauce with multi-textured zucchini. A delightful Tochiotome Japanese Strawberry, made of jasmine tea crèmeux, cherry blossom Chantilly, and almond ice cream, rounds out the meal.

For those who prefer to celebrate Mother’s Day in the comfort of home, an exceptionally crafted home dining Mother’s Day Set Menu (ideal for 4 to 6 persons) by the 藝 yì by Jereme Leung culinary team will be available for S$298++, only on 8 and 9 May on Raffles Grab & Go. The Grab & Go set comes with a specially created Mother’s Day Cake (Strawberry Rose; 400g) to celebrate the occasion and end the meal on a sweet note.
A full-sized version of the Strawberry Rose Cake (800g) will also be available on Grab & Go for S$89++ from 3 to 9 May.
