Fitted with the latest technology, one of the function spaces in the hotel is transformed into a dedicated Virtual Studio, fitted with a 7.2m x 2.8m green screen that accommodates up to three presenters on-site with two remote connections, HD camera system, on-screen personalization, and on-site technical support.
The fully equipped Virtual Studio in The Westin Singapore, strategically situated in the Central Business District between Marina Bay and Chinatown provides planners endless flexibility to plan for meetings that transcend boundaries, and to reach audiences as impactful as it is hassle-free. Two-hour Virtual Studio rental package starts from S$3,800++. Based on different event requirements, the Virtual Meeting package can be customised accordingly with additional options for live streaming. Hybrid meetings with in-person attendees and concurrent off-site viewers are available upon request.
