Today marks the start of P&O Cruises’ ‘Live in Your Living Room’, a month-long celebration of some of our most popular onboard entertainment – trivia, music, comedy, games and events which will be delivered to our guests through Facebook.P&O Cruises is renowned for its top-class onboard entertainment and fans have been calling out for a taste of the experiences they enjoy most when sailing with the cruise line.
The ‘Live in Your Living Room’ entertainment extravaganza will launch tonight with P&O’s first virtual Cruise Director Trivia hosted by the ever-popular Zoltina-J.
Next week fans can turn back the clock with a whole week dedicated to the extremely popular 1980’s Tribute Cruise including exclusive performances from the Eurogliders and Eric Weideman from 1927, plus trivia and music from the decade and much more.
Our entertainment team will wrap up the month with the fan favourite comedy cruise chat show ‘Up Close and Funny’. This special event will be broadcast from the iconic ‘Sit Down Comedy Club’ and will be hosted by the hilarious Kat Davidson, along with her comedy all-stars Lindsay Webb, Ellen Briggs and Terry Hansen.
P&O Cruises Head of Entertainment Brett Annable said guests were looking forward to being back on board when the time is right to start sailing and enjoying the huge variety of shows, gigs and events that set the cruise line apart.
“Our fans have been reminiscing about some of their favourite onboard experiences and dreaming about what they can enjoy when we’re back together sailing again,” Mr Annable said.
“We wanted to give our loyal guests and our entertainment partners a chance to join together and share some of the much-loved cruising entertainment experiences through a channel which is bringing us closer at a time when we can’t be together in person.”
