Drawing inspiration from the lush greenery and pristine shades of white of the restored Raffles Hotel Singapore, the timeless Raffles Mooncakes are beautifully presented in a creamy ivory box designed with gold lotus flowers and palm leaves – a tribute to our Grande Dame and the time-honoured traditions of  Mid-Autumn Festival.

Our New Handcrafted Creations

Introducing two of our latest creations, Apricot and Sourplum Snow-skin Mooncake and Yuzu and Osmanthus Truffle Snow-skin mooncake.

Apricot and Sourplum Snow-skin Mooncake 杏子酸梅冰皮月饼is inspired by MasterChef Jereme Leung’s signature creation at yì by Jereme Leung, Plum-pickled Tomatoes with Crunchy Turnip & Sweet Vinegar 冰镇老梅干圣女果, 爽脆沙窝萝卜. Savour the heavenly union of fresh apricot purée, sourplum and white chocolate, and treat yourself to a decadent dessert with your loved ones.

An ode to the most exquisite member of the citrus family, Yuzu and Osmanthus Truffle Snow-skin mooncake柚子桂花冰皮月饼. Experience the rich tart and floral flavours of the aromatic Yuzu as the divine blend of osmanthus tea leaves heightens its natural sweetness. The perfect treat with a soothing cup of Chinese tea.
