Apricot and Sourplum Snow-skin Mooncake 杏子酸梅冰皮月饼, is inspired by MasterChef Jereme Leung’s signature creation at 藝yì by Jereme Leung, Plum-pickled Tomatoes with Crunchy Turnip & Sweet Vinegar 冰镇老梅干圣女果, 爽脆沙窝萝卜. Savour the heavenly union of fresh apricot purée, sourplum and white chocolate, and treat yourself to a decadent dessert with your loved ones.
An ode to the most exquisite member of the citrus family, Yuzu and Osmanthus Truffle Snow-skin mooncake柚子桂花冰皮月饼.
