We appreciate that Melco organized a voting internally among employees to increase engagement, arouse interest in fashion design and promote local design. Competition winner Mr. Yongjia Liang, whose winning design will be manufactured in Macau by a local Small & Medium Enterprise (SME), said, “It is such an honor to be offered the opportunity to create a uniform for the Melco Environmental Services Team. I would like to thank Melco and CPTTM for creating this wonderful opportunity for local fashion designers to get creative with the use of sustainable materials to design a uniform that is aligned with the Melco brand in terms of aesthetics, design concept, practicality and comfort. It’s been an invaluable learning opportunity for myself, and I’m sure for fellow participants; enabling us the chance to exchange creative ideas and the opportunity to get to know the practical ins-and-outs of custom fashion design.”
