Inspired by the blooming flowers of early summer, the hotel’s talented culinary team has designed an array of sweet and savory delights incorporating the flavors of flowers and seasonal summer ingredientswith one sweet and one savory item made with St Germain Elderflower Liqueur.

St Germain is the producer of the world’s first French elderflower liqueur made from fresh handpicked elderflowers. Each bottle is made with as many as 1,000 of the very best elderflower blossoms, resulting in a finely crafted and perfectly balanced liqueur.

Foie Gras Sandwich with Mushroom, Raspberry and St Germain Duxelles is an absolutely irresistible creation. Foie gras, which is traditionally paired with Port wine or Sauternes, has instead been paired with St Germain Elderflower Liqueur to give this all-time favorite combination a refreshing twist. The subtle sweetness of raspberry jam matches perfectly with the creaminess of foie gras and earthy notes of mushroom duxelle, while the aromatic St Germain jelly on top embellishes this flavorful treat. Paying tribute to the liqueur’s heritage, brioche sandwich is used to give a French touch to this savory bite.

Notable for its complex, fruity and honey-like flavors, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur is widely used by pastry chefs to create desserts. With layers of heavenly smooth coconut panna cotta, almond moist cake, refreshing passion fruit mousse and jelly, Coconut Passion Fruit and St Germain Verrine houses a symphony of textures and summer fruit flavors in one cup. Topped with crystal clear jelly made of St Germain liqueur, this verrine is going to win every dessert lover’s heart.

Having a cocktail or two is always the perfect remedy for the sizzling heat of summer. Named by The New York Times as one of the most influential cocktail components introduced in the last decade, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur is incorporated into two cocktails specially created for Summer Meadow Afternoon Tea. Made with a base of St Germain Elderflower Liqueur and Ungava gin, and garnished with dried pineapple and lychee, Summer Meadow is a true masterpiece with an eye-catching purple hue coming from the butterfly pea-infused white vermouth. Berries Elixir is a summer dream decorated with shiso leaf and strawberry slices.
