This March, BBR by Alain Ducasse presents an exclusive Spanish Very BBR set menu, showcasing a line-up of eight specially created new dishes alongside signature favourites, paired with a curated selection of Spanish wines and a Sangria.

In line with its unique concept of taking diners on a journey along the Mediterranean coast, the Spanish Very BBR menu gives guests the opportunity to discover the culinary traditions of Spain through a curation of carefully selected Spanish dishes, designed specially to be shared by the entire table. The menu is crafted by Chef de Cuisine, Louis Pacquelin, who has worked closely with Alain Ducasse for many years and was specially picked to present his cuisine in Singapore.

The contemporary restaurant is world-renowned Chef Alain Ducasse’s first Mediterranean sharing and grill concept presented in South East Asia at the historic Raffles Hotel Singapore. The cuisine at BBR by Alain Ducasse reveals a clever amalgamation of flavours inspired by the Mediterranean, including the essence of Portugal, Spain, Italy and France. Continuing to be a social space for gathering, the vibrant dining experience is accompanied by a lively bar scene, creating a fun and relaxing place for guests to unwind.

Guests can look forward to a range of new dishes exclusively created for the Spanish Very BBR set menu, including the must-try appetiser, Arroz Bomba con Langosta, a robust amalgamation of bomba rice and lobster, slowly simmered in a cookpot. Seafood-lovers can indulge in Merluza al pil-pil, hake fish grilled with an aromatic mix of chilli, garlic and olive oil. As for a new dessert, there is the Crema Catalanaa gluten-free caramelised custard, to complete the experience on a sweet note.

Also included in the Spanish Very BBR set menu are signature favourites such as Pulpo a la Gallega, tender-grilled octopus dressed with paprika and olive oil; Lomo a la Brasa, Mojo Verde, grilled striploin steak paired with a tantalising green sweet bell pepper sauce; and the well-loved Spanish doughnuts – Churros con chocolate, and Baba al Brandy de Jerez, BBR’s take on the classic sweet treat using brandy instead of rum.

Alongside the Spanish Very BBR set menu, guests can choose to pair their meal with Red Sangria, a signature cocktail specially recommended by the bartender, or a range of sparkling, white and red Spanish wines from the sommelier’s selection, for a perfect complement to the Spanish Very BBR experience.
