Recently joining the PONANT family, the luxury cruise ship Le Paul Gauguin is to undertake a comprehensive refit before returning to service in June 2020 to again provide stylish cruising options for those tempted by the allure of the pristine islands of Tahiti, greater French Polynesia and the South Pacific

Importantly, what won’t change is the laid-back-yet-chic style, imbued with Polynesian culture, that is the famous Paul Gauguin signature.

The family-friendly Le Paul Gauguin, with its 159 luxury staterooms and suites, will be subject to the most significant renovations in the ship’s history, including refurbishment of all suites, staterooms and public spaces throughout, plus environmental upgrades that reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to sustainable tourism.

To celebrate these enhancements, exclusive savings offers – up to A$1,600 per person* – on selected cruises, are available for all new guests booking voyages from June 2020 onwards onboard Le Paul Gauguin.

The range of 7 to 14 night Le Paul Gauguin itineraries includes:

7-night Society Islands & Tahiti Iti;
7-night Tahiti & Society Islands;
10-night Society Islands & the Tuamotus;
11-night Cook Islands & Society Islands;
12-night Fiji, Tonga, Cook Islands & Society Islands (also operates as 13-night itinerary in reverse direction),
14-night Marquesas Islands, the Tuamotus & Society Islands voyages.

Find out more about Polynesian folklore via local dishes, songs and dances or by visiting authentic villages and the mysterious rock carvings at Tahiti Iti.
