Fifteen properties from the ultra-luxury hospitality brand Rosewood Hotels & Resorts® have been recognized on the 2020 U.S. News & World Report Best Hotels list. Long renowned as one of the most trusted resources in the industry, the prestigious rankings evaluate more than 30,000 luxury properties across more than 400 destinations in the United States, Europe, Bermuda, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean, considering both expert and guest sentiment in addition to annual industry accolades. This year, a total of thirteen properties within the collection earned the honor of Gold Badge, while five properties ranked number one in their respective destination.

The five properties ranked number one hotel in their destination, include:

  • Rosewood Baha Mar (Nassau, The Bahamas) – Best Hotel in The Bahamas
  • Rosewood Bermuda (Bermuda) – Best Hotel in Bermuda
  • Rosewood Castiglion Del Bosco (Tuscany, Italy) – Best Hotel in Tuscany
  • Rosewood Mayakoba (Playa del Carmen, Mexico) – Best Hotel in Playa del Carmen, Best Hotel in Riviera Maya and The Yucatan
  • Rosewood San Miguel de Allende (San Miguel de Allende, Mexico) – Best Hotel in San Miguel de Allende, Best Hotel in Mexico City & Central Mexico

This is the second and third consecutive year Rosewood San Miguel de Allende and Rosewood Mayakoba ranked first in their destination, respectively, while Rosewood Baha Mar received its first highly regarded distinction in the awards program following a 2018 opening. In addition to these highly rated properties in their destinations, thirteen received a Gold Badge, signifying the top ten percent of all ranked luxury hotels in their respective categories, and two properties earned Silver Badges, which represents the top thirty percent of all ranked luxury hotels within the destination.

All Rosewood properties awarded badges ranked in the top ten hotels of their respective destinations, in addition to Rosewood Hotel Georgia earning the second spot on the “Best Hotels in Canada” list, Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi earning the second spot on the “Best Hotels in Santa Fe” list and Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort earning the third spot on the “Best Hotels in Mexico” list.
