In response to the continued drop in demand for travel, we are suspending operations to HKG (Hong Kong) beginning February 8 until February 20.
The last westbound flights will depart San Francisco (SFO) on February 5 (flights 877 and 869).
The last eastbound flight will depart HKG on February 7 (flight 862).

At this time, we expect to resume operations on February 20, when flights depart the United States for HKG with a return on February 22.

We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and make any necessary changes to our schedule.
PNR handling
Travel agencies may voluntarily self-refund tickets with flights that have been canceled using the UAIRROPS waiver code. See the Irregular Operations policy in the Agency Rebooking Parameters.
