Hilton today announced the signing of Hilton Garden Inn Bundoora, marking the second Hilton Garden Inn signing for Australasia this year. In partnership with Deal (LG) Pty Ltd, Hilton will manage the new build 168-room property.
Hilton Garden Inn Bundoora will be part of the existing Polaris 3083 development located in Bundoora Melbourne, approximately 19km north of Melbourne CBD. Polaris is the largest master planned development in the inner north of Melbourne, covering an expansive 26-acre site. It incorporates parklands, a modern dining and retail precinct and low-rise residential space, offering ease of access to the city with bus and tram links.
Hilton Garden Inn Bundoora will offer 168 spacious rooms, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, a fitness centre and 127sqm of event space. The pipeline indicates Hilton Garden Inn Bundoora will open by Q1 2021.

La Trobe University’s Vice President of Strategy, Natalie MacDonald welcomed the investment, saying it aligned to the University’s vison to create more local jobs, innovation and economic growth in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

Hilton Garden Inn Bundoora will join 27 operating and 12 pipeline Hilton properties throughout Australasia.
