Leading travel search engine KAYAK.com.au has today announced the results of its inaugural Travel Awards, giving recognition to the best airlines based on thousands of consumer reviews collected by KAYAK and its partners.
Japan Airlines came out on top winning a staggering five out of six categories including Best Airline and Best Airline Food. Travellers ranked ANA as runner up for best overall carrier, while also taking out the prize for the friendliest cabin crew.
Taiwanese international airline EVA Air came third, according to KAYAK travel ratings, with Singapore Airlines coming in fourth.
