Making its debut this year is the White Lotus Seed Paste with Black Sesame mooncake. This new baked mooncake adds a nutty fragrance and a mild touch of sweetness to the traditional baked lotus seed mooncake.
The hotel’s signature Assorted Mini Snowskin Martini mooncakes now includes the Orangetini – a new flavour, alongside our signature Lycheetini mooncake. The Lycheetini mooncake is a mix of the same fruit liqueur with real lychee bits, while the Orangetini is derived from a cocktail concoction of chocolate, orange zest and liqueur.
Durian aficionados who enjoy the creamy texture and bittersweet taste synonymous with the “King of Fruits”, will delight in our signatureSnowskin ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Durian mooncakes, which now come in four regular sized pieces.
