Crowne Plaza Greater Noida organized an interactive Korean cuisine masterclass with visiting chefs from Seoul on 31 July. The three Korean chefs have been appointed by the Korean Food Promotion Institute in Seoul and they are at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida to promote Korean cuisine.
The event saw the chefs Su Jin Kim, Ho Min Myung and Hyungwoo Bae demonstrate making of popular Korean dishes like Bibimbap (Korean style vegetable mixed rice), Japchae (Korean style mixed noodle), Dakkangjeong (Korean style seasoned chicken) and Micho drink (Korean style vinegar drink).
The Korean chefs will also be curating a Korean Food Festival at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida from 3 – 11 August 2019. A handpicked Korean a-la-carte menu selection will be available to guests at Chao Bella restaurant during dinner from 7pm to 11pm.
