Businesses in Singapore and around the region are likely already investing heavily in Microsoft technology to help make it easier to work wherever they are. http://www.stevecafeandcuisine.com/To support that goal, Adobe’s Document Cloud tools and services are already deeply integrated with Microsoft apps and are constantly looking to deepen the integration.

At Microsoft’s Business Applications Summit last week, Microsoft announced new Adobe integrations to deliver the best productivity solutions for its customers, allowing users to work faster and smarter – while keeping security at the core.

Here are some of the new benefits that Adobe and Microsoft are delivering together:

  1. Digitise your workflow with Adobe Sign

Too often, complicated document workflows can make securing deals an unnecessarily painful and slow process. With the integration of Adobe Sign into the Microsoft Power platform, users will now be able to create custom PowerApps that work for your business. With Adobe Sign Flow connector, users can automate business approval and signature processes quickly and securely, while reducing IT costs.

  1. Close deals at digital speed with seamless Adobe Sign integration

The strengthened partnership will also integrate Adobe Sign with Microsoft Dynamics that adds Sales Hub access to close deals faster, reduce risk, and increase retention. This empowers users to legally send and sign contracts, agreements, and other documents for signature anywhere, anytime, right from your smartphone or tablet.

  1. Collaborate better without leaving your favourite Office 365 apps

With Adobe Sign and Acrobat already integrated with SharePoint and OneDrive, the partnership has introduced additional features to make it even easier to quickly view, create, edit, and collaborate on PDFs.

Without ever leaving your favourite Office 365 apps (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft OneNote etc.), users will now be able to convert PDFs into editable Microsoft files, while preserving fonts, formatting and layouts. Additionally, PDF tools like ‘Create’, ‘Combine’, and ‘Comment’ are embedded directly within the Office 365 toolbar to allow users to be more productive.

  1. Accelerate your path to compliance

If you are in a highly-secure industry like government, financial services or biopharmaceuticals, it is important to place access restrictions on documents. Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) can take care of that by keeping your documents protected wherever they are stored or open. Previously, Adobe DC and Acrobat Reader DC desktop apps on Windows are able to open files protected with MIP – Microsoft is now extending this great feature to the desktop apps on Mac as well.
