An informal-yet-sophisticated haven in Manhattan’s coveted NoMad neighborhood, HGU Rooftop by John DeLucie captures the essence of Northeast summers, with a breezy vibe and food and beverage menus inspired by Montauk’s casual coastal cuisine. The offerings feature summer-friendly fare including fresh seafood delivered daily from Montauk, a signature Frozen Rhubarb Mojito, Long Island wines, and a selection of beer from Montauk Brewing Company.
FRESH SUMMER BITES
The summer menu at HGU Rooftop by John DeLucie highlights quintessential summer foods crafted from the freshest ingredients the region has to offer – with a DeLucie twist. Dishes include a signature Maine Lobster Roll (lobster butter, scallion, brioche bun), Montauk Summer Ale Fish Taco (summer slaw, corn tortilla), Summer Dog (beef hot dog, Martin’s potato roll), Local Oysters (1/2 dozen), Shrimp Ceviche (lime, cilantro, chilies, tomato, onion), Green Garbanzo Hummus (house made pita), Elote-style Baby Corn (chili aioli, Fiore Sardo cheese, cilantro, lime), and House-made Ricotta (rustic grilled bread, Mike’s Hot Honey, fresh figs).
