Wild Turkey American Honey is helping Melburnians escape the winter chill with pop-up igloos at the Auburn Hotel.
Warming winter with a sweet twist, the Winter Igloo Garden invites guests to seek solace from the cold with bespoke American Honey cocktails and seasonal dishes made with Melbourne Rooftop Honey.
Lush wild greenery will surround the igloos, as guests will be immersed in a snug winter oasis from the minute they arrive.
Igloo packages cater to those looking for something cosy and intimate in a communal dining space, with larger group sizes of up to 28 people able to enjoy private seating and cocktail events in the mega igloo. The menu, inspired by the smooth, sweet flavour of American Honey, includes a selection of cured meats and cheeses drizzled in honey, followed with dessert, a chocolate honeycomb fondue. All designed to be paired with American Honey on the rocks or as a matched cocktail.
Pricing starts at $49 for a gourmet tasting board, fondue and matched American Honey cocktail. Also, on offer is a three-course dining experience that can be enjoyed exclusively in the mega igloo for $79 per head. Bookings are essential.
