The Grampians Grape Escape, which will take over Halls Gap for its 28th year running this May 4-5, is thrilled to announce the latest round of activities, workshops and demonstrations to its’ program, which are sure to have the whole family excited.http://www.stevecafeandcuisine.com/

The Grampians Grape Escape prides itself on being one of the most family friendly food and wine festivals in the country, with activities tailored to folks of all ages, tastes and persuasions. Parents and children alike are invited to join the community of like-minded food, music and wine lovers for one of the most magnificent weekends of the year.

Newly announced activities and workshops include:

  • PORTABLE COOKING adventure cooking with Sarah Glover
  • FROM BOUTIQUE TO BARRIQUE a workshop for serious wine drinkers and collectors
  • RUB SHOULDERS rubs, sauces & marinades for meat with Colin Fassnidge
  • DAVID O JONES MITRE 10 LITTLE FOODIES TENT a fully-supervised arts, crafts and food exploration for the kids
  • KIDS YOGA supervised yoga classes for kids
  • ROCK CLIMBING supervised rock climbing for kids

All festival goers receive an enviro bag to fill up with goodies and Tasting Ticket holders can taste their way around the village with a souvenir polycarbonate tumbler and free access to the wine store service.

Children up to the age of 5 are free with kids under the age of 18 only $15 for the weekend. So, gather the tribe for a weekend of mouth-watering food and exquisite wines to savour and memories to be made.
