While researching technology we found sophisticated systems that required extensive up front costs as well as systems with no up-front fees, but we never expected to find someone like Charley Troggio, of Breakaway Travel (pictured here) an ABA operator based outside Pittsburgh who, with no background in computer science, built the company’s system for FREE using Google Drive.

NAJ partnered with all the major tour and travel associations because we know that tour operators are too busy to sit through endless vendor demos so we vetted over 30 companies and invited 11 to present at Tour Operator Tech Summit (TOTS) in three categories: Automated booking technology, Channel managers who can connect operators to thousands of hotels or activities, and emerging marketing technology.
Additionally, TOTS has confirmed 10 of the sixteen invited panelists and presenters. See the updated program here.

NOTE: TOTS in held in conjunction with the RTO Summit East but is an independent event open to receptive, international and domestic tour operators. Space is limited.
