Wine and dine your significant other with an indulgent five-course Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu created with much passion by our talented chef using only the finest ingredients that will impress any date.
Choose from dinner accompanied by two glasses of rose, or a bottle of Champagne to celebrate the season of love in style. Or go all out and take your pick one of our exclusive settings at the Pool Side, on The Deck, in The Old House, or on The Terrace, and our team will create an intimate ambience for the two of you to enjoy each other’s company as you appreciate the decadent meal. This is limited to four couples only and includes a bottle of Champagne and a round-trip transfer within the Chiang Mai city.
Your romantic evening begins with a glass of bubbly and the chef’s innovative amuse bouche of ‘Watermelon tartare with mango yolk’, and the refreshing starter of ‘Sashimi tuna with crab meat salad roll’ topped with roselle foam, salmon roe, micro greens.
Declare your love with gusto with the next course of a heart-warming ‘Butternut Squash Soup’ infused with truffle cream and topped with crispy Parma ham and asparagus, or the ‘Cauliflower Veloute, infused with a light green curry and topped with crispy Parma ham and balsamic caviar. For mains, choose between a ‘Buttered cod fish marinated in miso soy Sauce’ with potato seaweed, mixed green vegetables, and citrus butter sauce; or the Veal Angus Beef Tenderloin served with vanilla-whipped potatoes, mixed vegetables and red wine reduction.
Finally melt her heart with the heavenly ‘Baked Alaska with mixed berries, chocolate ice cream and a savory fruit sauce that is sure to have her swooning with every bite.
All through this special evening, our resident pianist and guest violinist will serenade the two of you with tunes of love. Each couple also receives a floral box with their initials on it.
Our Valentine Dinner packages are available only on 14 February 2019 and are priced at:

- THB 6,900 ++ per couple and includes a bottle of Champagne
- The Romantic Dinner in a special setting at the Pool Side, on The Deck, in the historic House, or on The Terrace is available for 4 couples only at THB 12,000 ++ per couple and includes a bottle of Champagne and round-trip transfer within the Chiang Mai city.
