 The Restaurant at HGU New York will welcome the third annual New York White Truffle Festival (November 9-18, 2018) with a new truffle-inspired menu addition designed to showcase the delicate and coveted ingredient.

Available exclusively during the month of November, the house-made Pumpkin Ravioli with crispy sage, wheat grain crumble, and charred honey ($24USD) is a new limited-time offering that will feature an add-on of fresh Urbani white truffles (3 grams, $36USD) – flown in from Italy mere hours after being harvested, and shaved table-side. The fall-inspired Pumpkin Ravioli includes an optional pairing of Prunotto Nebbiolo d’Alba Occhetti 2015 for an additional $18USD.

The Restaurant at HGU New York offers seasonally-driven, vegetable-forward cuisine in New York City’s NoMad neighborhood. The Restaurant’s new fall menu features a Mushroom Flatbread, also featuring a shaved white truffle add-on option; Butter Bean Hummus with heirloom crudité and grilled bread;
Whisky Rubbed Farm Hen with garden succotash; and a Charred Pork Chop with fire-roasted plums, brandy, and russet greens. A decadent list of inventive whisky and bourbon cocktails, as well as new takes on classic drinks, complement the food offerings.
