Two new members were elected to the Destination Queenstown board at its recent Annual General Meeting.

There were two Board positions up for re-election in FY18/19, both in the General sector.
Matthew Day from Real Journeys, and Glyn Lewers from Airey Consultants were elected to the positions.
The DQ Board also has the ability to co-opt two board members under the Destination Queenstown Rules.
As such, the Board has co-opted Josie Spillane of Highlands and Game Over Queenstown for a second year. The Board has also co-opted Ann Lockhart to the second available co-opt position. Ann joins the DQ Board after a 10-year tenure (which ends next month) as the chief executive of the Queenstown Chamber of Commerce.
