Wellington’s five-star hotel, InterContinental Wellington, was named Australasia’s Leading Conference Hotel at the annual World Travel Awards held last night in Hong Kong.

This accolade now places InterContinental Wellington in the running for the title of World’s Leading Conference Hotel, to be announced early December following the next round of voting. Voting will take place by former guests and travel agents worldwide.
