Treat dad to an Australian style BBQ at Park Hyatt Melbourne’s private Trilogy Garden this Father’s Day.

For one day only, on Sunday 2nd September 2018 from 12 pm to 4 pm, relax in Park Hyatt Melbourne’s intimate Tuscan-inspired garden while enjoying an array of local meats accompanied with fresh hand-crafted beer and ice cold refreshments.

Meet the brewers, 4 Pines, a local brewery born over a decade ago from a casual conversation between a father and son who simply wanted an exceptional beer. For ‘Father’s Day BBQ at the Park’, 4 Pines will be curating a special beer flight at their pop-up bar, showcasing a selection of light and dark beers to enjoy.

Chef Craig Sung and his culinary team have constructed a menu of locally sourced meats, featuring mouth-watering BBQ dishes with a twist such as Black Angus beef brisket, miso-glazed king salmon and slow roasted porchetta served from interactive live stations in the garden.

In celebration of the occasion, guests of ‘Father’s Day BBQ at the Park’ will be eligible to enter the event’s raffle to win a ‘Dinner for two at radii restaurant’ worth $176.

‘Father’s Day BBQ at the Park’ is priced at $55 per person and includes a choice of THREE items from the BBQ with condiments, sides and a 4 Pines beer flight.
