Experience an elevated level of comfort and approachable luxury at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, as the iconic flagship hotel of Marriott International undergoes a tremendous facelift for its Executive Lounge and 608 guestrooms to offer a refreshed and revitalised stay experience for business and leisure travellers from around the world.

The refurbishment of the guestrooms and Executive Lounge marks a significant milestone, as the hotel continues to offer extraordinary quality of services to its many loyal guests. All 608 rooms and suites are expected to be transformed by the end of September 2018 to offer a new sense of craftsmanship exemplifying contemporary chic and elegance, adding a rejuvenating sensation to the hotel.

The tastefully appointed rooms and suites offer guests a home away from home during their stay with quality fixtures in a warm and soothing palette, greeting them with a magnificent view of the renowned Victoria Harbour or Hong Kong’s bustling cityscape upon entry. With guests’ comfort in top priority, all rooms are equipped with exclusively designed 7-layer mattresses plus 6 choices of pillows for some quality slumber time. The hotel will also become a non-smoking hotel, to echo the hotel’s commitment in caring about the environment and the health of its guests and associates.

On top of the original Dynasty Suite and Admiralty Suite, two brand new types of suites – Hong Kong Suite and Bauhinia Suite on level 33 & 34 – will be introduced for more luxurious accommodation options for guests. Step into the new suites and be amazed by the warm and intuitive settings, which exude a sense of subtle sophistication. Special features of the new suites such as spacious walk-in closets are added to create an unforgettable stay experience.

Unveiled in June 2018, the hotel’s new Executive Lounge has also undergone a major transformation and become a strong contender in the hotel market on Hong Kong Island, impressing Marriott Rewards elite members and guests staying at Executive Rooms and Executive Suites with unparalleled culinary offerings, exceptional facilities and personalised services. With the three loyalty programmes – The Ritz-Carlton Rewards, Marriott Rewards and Starwood Preferred Guest – merging in August 2018, the new Executive Lounge can better cater to a broader base of members with even more exclusive privileges.

Tucked away on the fifth floor of the hotel, the Executive Lounge boasts an industrial and sleek design with a chic yet sophisticated vibe, juxtaposing stylish and refined materials including patina dark flooring and polished shelving with exposed brick and black steel.

Look forward to a new level of personalised guest service at the revamped Executive Lounge. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed by attentive associates, where they can sit back and enjoy a soothing welcome drink such as classic milk tea for some local flavours, or a seasonal refreshing lychee signature drink.

The Executive Lounge offers a myriad of epicurean delights from the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, such as the renowned Barbecued Pork from Man Ho Chinese Restaurant and the authentic Shrimp Wonton Noodles from The Lounge during the evening cocktail hours, alongside an extensive selection of fine wines and spirits. Guests can spoil their taste buds at various events exclusively for Executive Lounge guests, including weekly wine tasting and cocktail sessions presented by Bar Q88’s celebrity mixologists.

The expansive Executive Lounge offers ample space with natural light for guests to kick start their busy day with a hearty and lavish breakfast, or wrap up the night with a nightcap and a selection of delectable hor d’oeuvres at the residential kitchen in the centre of the lounge. Catering up to 136 guests, The Executive Lounge provides extensive services and facilities including two meeting rooms, coffee and wine stations, and many more.

Take advantage of the “Executive Lounge Indulgence” package to experience the benefits and privileges at the lounge, plus an additional 2,000 Marriott Rewards points and US$50 hotel credit per stay, making the journey to Hong Kong even more exquisite with an unparalleled stay experience like no others.

“We are beyond excited to unveil this new phase of the hotel, and present to our guests a revitalised staying experience with our brand new guestrooms and Executive Lounge. This project is at the perfect timing as we celebrate our 30th anniversary next year, it shows how we strive to offer our guests fresh and inspiring ideas for each and every one of their stays continuously throughout the past three decades,” says Mr. Mark Conklin, General Manager of JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.
